what foods to be started from 6 months n how much quantity and how many times..pls suggest

A. I Advise you to start with about 4 to 5 teaspoons at one point of time just to develop different taste other than breastfeeding so you can start with rice water than moong dal water and also gradually you can shift the vegetable purée fruits Suji items and you can give all kind of dairy products to the child and then porridge and khichadi as well
