Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple avnd then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formulau milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Hi Get your child complete the age of six months enter into the seventh one then you can start with Dal rice water vegetable and fruit purée on regular basis apart from that you can give Suji items oats quinoa ragi items have to prepare everything fresh at home dairy products and good amount of water as well
