Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. have diet plan.. as break fast as poha cheela upma idly suji halwa uthapam cornflakes chocos dosa.. mid morning any fruit as apple pear sapota banana papaya.. lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. evening snack as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda.. dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
