A. Give all home cooked meals. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give milk, yoghurt and paneer. Give chicken and fish. Flaxseeds, walnuts, soybeans and other nuts and their oil are very healthy. Offer spinach, kale and carrots. Lemons, oranges, guavas, mangoes, bananas and tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C.
