A. Consume foods which are high in iron and protein. Also if breastmilk is not enough for the baby you can feed the baby formula milk.It is important to choose the right formula milk according to the baby's requirements. Aptamil Gold formula milk is a good option you can go with. It is the closest to breast milk and has prebiotics and HMO. You can go with stage 1 for babies between 0 to 6 months of age. It helps in improving immunity and makes the gut stronger and healthier.

A. hi best to take sprouted fenugreek seeds, drumsticks soup, spinach soup, nuts, dry fruits etc more you may take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day
