you can include rice water, dal water, porridge, homemade cerelac, fruit puree, smashed banana, chikko, boiled and smashed potato, veggies puree, etc.
slowly introduce any new food and check if any discomfort, intolerance or allergy.
slowly and gradually increase consistency and quantity as per baby's appetite.
feed on regular intervals.
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
