What food should I start on when my baby turns 6 months ?

A. dear parent, once baby completes 6 months, you can introduce foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. add ghee to every meal. consistency of food should be like that of ghee avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups.
