The food is the same that you and your family are eating there is no specific diet that I’m going to tell you that you need to follow child is meant to eat all the healthy foods that’s been traditionally made at home and that is what you need to focus upon and if needed you can take a diet from a nutritionist if you feel that you need something specific for the child
