what food should be avoided if my child is having ADHD?

A. give home made food only. you should first visit a pediatrician who will tell if the growth milestones of the child is proper or not and if they are normal than there is no need to worry about the hyper activity of the child. still you can meet a developmental pediatrician who will guide you regarding the same. many times at this age proper counselling is also needed which will also help in improving the behaviour of the child. decrease tv mobile laptop and any type of screen time which might be going on as well as see the games which the child is playing because that might also cause hyperativity

A. Basically it is good if you avoid gluten diet for the child basically doctor say that during this time if you give gluten-free diet it’s definitely good enough to be followed for more you can check up with the nutritionist for that they can give you best advice on this
