Hello mam Timing of the meal depends upon the timing of the child what time he gets up and all But plan for your idea Morning after getting up 1 cup milk with 3-4 soaked almonds 9-10am breakfast Poha or Upma or veg oats or veg oats and suji cheela or idli or daliya or vegetables sandhwich or aloo and cheese paratha Mid morning and evening snack (11.30 and 5pm) Fruit or butter milk or lassi or roasted makhana and peanuts or sprouts or aloo tikki or dry fruits Lunch and dinner. Options Roti sabji dal and rice or masala khichdi and curd Or veg pulao and raita or dosa or stuffed paratha with curd or chola and puri Bedtime milk 1 cup ( if early dinner or with evening snack ) Water 7to 9 glass Restrict the intake of chips, biscuits, sugary drinks, chocolates to once a week only
