A. dear Mum, to increase haemoglobin, you should give iron rich foods to your 11 months old baby. If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry. Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root, sitaphal. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. In grains Bajra, poha is good. Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses. Give seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption.
