Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. can take any type of food better to take traditional food prepared in the house including balance diet with proteins green leafy vegetables for source of vitamins and all seasonal fruits

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi You can I would amount of proteins and fibre green leafy vegetable about 2 to 3 L of water in more than that coconut water you can have also we should have really good and rich amount of dairy products that is definitely helpful
