A. Have every thing that you can in terms of healthy food chopper vegetarian food you can have you can have amount of non-vegetarian also if you eat otherwise you should focus upon rich protein diet food which is good in daily life property products Paneer cheese and curd can be consumed every day along with that also it is going to be important for you that you should have a good amount of fluids and please take a multivitamin calcium iron for at least six months
