Q.

What food and vegetable should I eat for increasing my lactation supply? Any lactation supplement you can suggest please? My silk supply is really less.It’s not enough for my 1 month baby.

A. You can certainly take lactation supplements that’s going to be very beneficial something like Shatavari powder or fenugreek capsule they’re very good to be taken so you can take that and also make sure to include good amount of fibre rich diet fruits and vegetables

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
