Just Make sure that your child does not scratch it and also to certain times said like the old additional people say that if you keep Neem leaves around then the infection heals faster I do not know how to it is but if you want you can do that and ask your doctor if you can apply some cream or coconut oil onto the affected area to settle down the itchiness in scale
