Q.

What does it mean by Milk regulation in breastfeeding? My breasts are soft always and on searching online, it is said that it is possibly due to milk regulation. will breasts continue to produce more milk as demand increases? I.e. if i feed my baby for 20 mins on each side, will the breast be able to supply the required milk?
