what do u suggest as balanced diet for growing gals of 8+?

A. Hi mamma Include foods from variety of food groups Give different grains, millets, pulses, veggies, fruits, nuts Include 5-6 meals a day breakfast, lunch and dinner should have a balance of grains, veggies and protein rich foods along with some healthy fats like Paneer-palak paratha Egg and veg rice Dal rice Sabji Masoor/Moong rice Green moong dosa with paneer Include Calcium rich foods like nuts , sesame seeds, leafy veggies Limit junk, processed and bakery foods
