Your child seems to be 4 year old so u can give normal home cooked food to the child
Include 2 fruits everyday and 3 katori of vegetables
Include dal, paneer , sprouts, milk, curd, egg, soya, oats in every meal
Reduce the intake of sugary drinks, extra sugar, biscuits, chips , bread in routine diet
Do not force feed the child
Give small and frequent meals

please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
