ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no care needed. do noy not touch a child's vagina ok. just makr sure she has no rashes. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

Hi Please apply good amount of oil when you’re giving a massage to the child and after that it would be important whenever you giving a bath to the child you should always open that area properly and clean it properly with water like poor water properly into it so that that area is clean and whenever you clean your child after a bath just clean that area properly with the wet wipe or something
