Q.
What do I avoid so my son is not gassy. He’s almost 4 months old now and wakes up crying and passes gas at night. We tried everything colicaid, massage, tummy time and burping.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, keep doing all, n give colicaid drops in case of excessive crying. mix hing into warm water and apply around his or her navel and stomach He will be fine soon
- tummy massage or applying gentle pressure to the baby’s belly, massaging the baby’s belly in gentle circular motions to help work out gas
- the mother may should alter her diet.
