ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for 4 year old, give three meal n two snacks a day, give around 250 ml of milk per day, Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello there is no restriction in regards to what food you can be giving your child and you can give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious by eating dry fruits and dairy products which would be better for the growth of your child
