Q.
what causes stomach pain and throat pain in kids? only yesterday night he told me like 1 hr.... he has flu now please advice me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infesgtation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomxach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
