my daughter have fever from yesterday night(102.3 ). gale me kharash bhi hai. stomach pain also vomiting bhi hui raat me now still have pain in stomach

A. hi. might be she is having indigestion or acidity moste probably. you can give her tab lanzol jr, on empty stomach , sy pcm for fever. give easy to digrst food n once meet yiur doctor
