NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 weeks agoA. hello after the baby complete 6 months u can be giving semi solid n liquid based food in the diet n include home made Cerelac rice dal water ghee curd banana etc

So once your child is complete you can start giving Dal and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds make sure to include varieties of dairy products into the diet of your child you can also give food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji along with a dry fruit powder and lots of water should also be given
