what can I eat in diet I was on insulin in pregnancy

A. Hello mom you can make a schedule for your diet. That way you can break into small meals throughout the day as well . You can have 3 main meals and 2 time snacks Have salads , roasted snacks and avoid fried and high Sugary and refined and processed foods .
