what can i do from home? Is it dangerous or not? Although My little 3yrs old baby dont feel pain or feel uncomfortable..but i need ur help what can i do?

It doesn’t look like a very good situation in fact all the teeth seems like to be spoiled it is very important for you that you kindly get it checked with the pediatrics the doctors only going to tell you further what is meant to be done in the current situation
