Have a nutritious diet
Go for small and frequent meals
Include more proteins like dal, paneer, sprouts, curd, milk, soya, eggs, beans, oats in the diet as they will help u overcome the weakness
Take more fruits and vegetables
Reduce intake of excess salt sugar and oil rich food
Water 2 to 2.5l per day

Madam प्रोटेंस Is an appropriate diet for you and if you think that you become way too weak it could be due to thyroid also so get a test done for the same and if you have lost weight you become weak and you know you become weak in terms of body and supplements as well then it would be advisable for you to consult a nutritionist and start with supplements like calcium iron and vitamins
