You can give dry fruits and nuts , panner , ghee c milk in cooked form , variety of fruits and vegetables which are seasonal and locally available, same goes for dals , chana c rajma etc , rice , roti , oats c soya
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you be giving your child 4 meals in a day and you should be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked dal water ghee banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits powder which are all healthy and nutritious and safe
