give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Dear parents don't worry they will be fine whatever they eat whatever they like it's ok if they eat little no need of forceful feeding them it will be good if you start feeding them 3 ot 4 times a day don't discontinue they are water and whatever they eat and if it is worst please consult a doctor pediatrician
