What are these white patches on 3.5 year old daughter s neck and face.i noticed them when she was 2 years old. Her doc has told to see skin specialist. I am v worried if anyone can reply . Going to skin doc tom.

A. they can be fungal infections are simple dry skin For further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and proper medication please try to see your local doctor once . . . . .
