If your first pregnancy was normal and there was no issue and you are not taking any medicine and supplements there was no deficiency then I don’t think any medicine would be required but yes changes in three years so you can just consult your gynaecologist check if you are having any particular deficiency or any medicine that you need to start with when you plan to conceive your second child
