What are the sources of increasing iron?

A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple bananad as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month withd the doctor .

A. Spinach broccoli beetroot pomegranate black rice sweet potato these are the richest source of iron to be given to the child where you could definitely include good amount of beetroot and pomegranate every day for the child that’s going to be very helpful
