Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi the most common reason is low immunity so please focus in building strong immunity of your child. for that , give Healthy diet which includes green veggies, fresh citrus fruits, nuts, dry fruits etc more keep your child well hydrated give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,give it daily in morning.
