what are the food suitable of 5 month baby

Now you cannot start giving any type of food to your baby. You have to wait till your baby John six months old. Then only you can start giving food to your baby till the time baby should be totally on mothers milk and mothers milk is not sufficient. then you can start giving formula milk, but you have to wait for more one month to start giving food.
