NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete six months and you cannot give your baby any food till then and you can be giving infant formula milk as an alternative if the breast milk is not sufficient which is not a problem
