ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. In vaginal delivery the recovery time is less do you can get back to normal life within four yo give weeks rest whereas c section recovery takes more time so it’s your choice and talk to your gynaecologist as well

When you talk about painless vaginal delivery that means you’re going to get a epidural into your spine so basically sometimes that can lead to lifelong pain in the spine because they give a big needle into your spine to numb the lower parts and after that the stitching he is actually very quick in vaginal delivery as compared to C-section the hassle the less the rest is less and you can actually get back on your feet you can do exercise and all so this is of course but having a good epidural can lead to side-effects
