you can use natural herbs and spices like ginger garlic ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child,it will work as natural appetizer.
give soup before meal time or before starting meal .
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.

for example
offer fruits with different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
