To include immunity include fresh and seasona fruits in the diet like oranges, amla , lemon , mango , greeen vegetables, paneer, soya, sprouts, dry fruits, eggs, oats, ragi in the diet of the child
Also reduce the intake of biscuits and bread if given

Every alternate day turmeric milk, available citrus fruits boost up your immunity correct time vaccination and maintaining hygiene surroundings will help you in avoiding infections, virus, bacteria.
