A. Diapers: The general rule of thumb is one diaper per hour of travel time. Snacks: Your child's favorites, plus formula or breastmilk, if applicable. Blankets or loveys: Comfort items are helpful for calming anxious toddlers. Pacifiers: If your toddler uses a pacifier, pack a few. The sucking can also help relieve the pressure in their ears during takeoff and landing. Changes of clothes: You can never be too prepared—one for you, one for your toddler. Toys: Books, stuffed animals, or simple puzzles are safe bets.
