Q.

what all foods can a breastfeeding mother should eat so that it didn't effect baby's health also helps in developing blood to the mother

A. Namaste Mom, Prefer easy to digest foods, you could probably prefer to avoid certain foods which causes gas issues to you , this preferably varies person to person most common been are whole dals, cabbage etc . other is prefer mild spicy foods, avoid fried and outside foods much and packaged foods , for your iron levels, have soaked raisins, along with the water in the morning also apricots , dates can be had. You can probably prefer to green leafy vegetables, pomogrante , beet root, eggs, if preffered beans , peas etc
