A. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. Give soft easy to digest diet. maintain comfortable room temperature. do tepid sponging. continue medication.

A. First of all keep giving paracetamol SOS still fever is there give sponges it will recuce high fever . please give paracetamol in correct dose. already mention in bottle according to age and weight.
