What all a healthy diet of 2.5 yr old baby should include?

A. Hello dear parent a healthy diet means giving one green vegetable everyday to eat. Along with the vegetable give lentils like moong dal, channe ki dal, rajmah, channe etc also give roti or rice as the child like to eat. You can also give chicken if you are non vegetarian. Give dry fruits on daily basis. Forest seasonal fruits are must.
