were there any cases that breech male and female babies have kidney dilation in pregnancy?

A. I don’t think it has anything to do with the breach position and if somebody may have this issue or face the issue the doctor may have recommended already what is meant to be done looking at the current situation it is better to consult your gynaecologist once
