you can reduce weight by exercising daily but at your comfort level. Also you need to eat right that is green vegetables, fruits like papaya, apple, watermelon etc avoid mango because it has sugar. Avoid sugar totally, as it increases weight drastically.
Drink plenty of water before every meal, it will help you to eat lesser than you desire.
Also avoid oily and junk food.
