A. dear mom you must be breastfeeding now so have good protiens ,variety of vegetables and fresh fruits, hydrate yourself well this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss

A. Hi mom Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. To reduce weight start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Do yoga, cycling, jogging to shed extra kilos from your body. Now u can start with walk for at least 30 minutes daily. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
