Hey mom, for weight gain in 1 year old you should give a healthy and balanced diet for proper physical and mental development..Include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like walnuts and almonds in powdered form.

prepare dry fruits powder and give full cream milk with it.
you can give fruits like apple, banana, papaya, dates, etc to your child.
you can feed soya ,paneer , gajar halwa , dry fruits ladoo etc
