you can include foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds as such , also you can give fresh fruit milk shakes, chilla can be made with ragi, gram flour or even with moong dal etc , panner can be added to it as well,
apart from that ghee can be added to their meals, legumes such as lobia,chana, rajma, rice, roti , puri , soft stuff paranthas as well

Mam there is practically no such you are supposed to give all the food to the child whatever is been traditionally made at your home for your whole family nothing is going to be better than that of course good amount of protein vegetarian and non-vegetarian whatever you people prefer
