ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom as the baby is 11 months old give him almost nearing to family foods now , the consistency of the food has to soft. gardually add variety & increase the quantity of the food. babies are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months & triple by the age of 1 year.
