A. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, pulses, fruits. This will also help in maintaining of proper for timing and cover all the proteins and vitamins. Spend some time in making the timetable which will be very useful and baby will gain the weight gradually. With this you can also give coconut water, buttermilk, milkshakes, fruit juice, soups.οΏΌ
