ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. eat well. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.
